PTD-DBM is a cell-penetrating fusion peptide designed to disrupt the interaction between Dkk1 (Dickkopf-1) and the LRP5/6 co-receptors, which are key components of the Wnt signaling pathway. By incorporating a protein transduction domain (PTD), it can efficiently cross cell membranes and block Dkk1-mediated inhibition of Wnt signaling.
